What is your turnaround time?

We typically process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, this may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@mapleandholly.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.

Can I get a proof before my product ships?

We provide digital design proofs upon request before engraving or production begins. Please reach out if you would like to review a proof.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Can you create a custom design or item?

Yes! We love working on custom projects. Please contact us with your ideas. Depending on the complexity, a design fee may apply.

Can you engrave my logo or design?

Yes, we can! Please send your logo in black and white, preferably in PNG or SVG format, for the best engraving results.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees for international shipments if applicable in the future.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is currently not available, but please check back as this may be added in the future.
