Refund policy

We’re proud of the quality of our work and want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right or there’s been a mistake on our end, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at info@mapleandholly.com, and we’ll be happy to make it right. To help us resolve any issues quickly, please include a photo showing the problem when you contact us.

Because our products are custom made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, we are committed to making things right if there’s an error on our part. Before placing your order, please double-check all your information to help ensure everything is perfect.

We aim to respond to all customer concerns within 1–2 business days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
