Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or periods of high order volume. Please allow additional time for delivery during these times.

If your order is subject to a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 (pre-tax), which will ship using the carrier and service of our choice. Maple and Holly reserves the right to ship via any available carrier to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery method.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Maple and Holly is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mapleandholly.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to file a claim on your behalf.

  • If your order includes multiple items, it may be fulfilled in separate shipments based on availability or packaging requirements. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, if applicable.

  • Orders that include custom engraving or personalization may require additional processing time. Estimated production timelines will be noted on the product page. Please factor in additional time before shipment when placing a custom order.
