By submitting a logo, design, or artwork for customization, you affirm that you have the legal right to use all elements of the submitted material. Maple and Holly is not responsible for verifying intellectual property ownership. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or violate our content guidelines. By submitting custom content, you grant us the right to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

SECTION 22 – WHOLESALE TERMS
Wholesale orders are subject to minimum quantities and pricing structures outlined on our wholesale platform. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to abide by the resale guidelines and pricing terms we provide. Maple and Holly reserves the right to discontinue wholesale relationships at our sole discretion.

SECTION 23 – ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Please allow for the stated production time when ordering personalized or custom items. Production time begins once your artwork or design has been approved. While we strive to meet all estimated shipping windows, Maple and Holly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

SECTION 24 – FILE STORAGE
Custom files submitted for engraving may be stored securely for future orders unless otherwise requested. If you would like your files deleted after your order is complete, please contact us at info@mapleandholly.com.
